Customer support
Appear TV resources are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to help address any issues that may develop. With an increasing number of channels in operation Appear TV is focused on providing the most professional and knowledgeable support for our products. Our technical support comes with the capability to access our products remotely in order to help maintain superior performance in your network.
All Appear TV products are offered with 12 month warranty. In addition to that Appear TV can offer three different level of support each designed to fit various operator requirements. For further information on available support programmes, please contact your local Appear TV sales representative.
System integration
Appear TV can deliver turnkey solutions for the professional broadcast market. With highly skilled project managers, Appear TV will take on responsibility for delivering complete systems consisting of our own products integrated with third party products. Systems will be wired, tested and documented before handed over to the customer.

Training
The majority of Appear TV’s employees have extensive experience in the field of digital video compression. We have in depth knowledge of DVB standards and systems. Our organsiation is capable of delivering courses made to fit individual needs. Courses offered includes:

Technical consulting
The majority of Appear TV’s employees have from 5 to 15 years of related experience in the field of digital video compression and distribution. Appear TV employees have been major contributors to the pioneering work in developing the emerging broadband market.
Our professional team is available for helping customers resolving existing problems or provide a dedicated engineering team that can advise or design new systems to meet clients business and operational needs.
