Multiplexer
The MultiplexCore MC3000 (4RU chassis) and the MultiplexCore MC3100 (1RU chassis) are based on a flexible platform hosting different modules allowing for a wide range of different configurations tailored to specific customer needs. The products supports signal reception, descrambling, scrambling and multiplexing. The MC3000/MC3100 can host multiple inputs such as ASI, QPSK, DVB-S2 and IP. Multiple of MPTS can be streamed out on the same IP output interface while the ASI output module supports 4 different MPTS outputs. The received services can be descrambled using DVB (common interface) or AES with virtual smartcards. It support full analysis of PSI/SI (PSIP in later release) and regenerates all tables as required by the operator. The MC3000/MC3100 supports both DVB and AES scrambling
A turn key head-end solution The MultiplexCore MC3000/MC3100 is a Carrier Grade multiplxer for Professional Operators. The MC3000/MC3100 is a compact solution removing the need for multiple boxes for reception, descrambling, scrambling and multiplexing reducing both capital and operational expenditures. The MC3000/MC3100 has Gbit capacity and handles all signal processing internally. The combination of a wide range of input interfaces, descrambling, re-scrambling and advanced re-multiplexing functionality makes the MC3000 ideal for new and existing cable, terrestrial and satellite operators. The MC3000 can be seamlessly integrated with existing head-end solutions or used as a regional multiplexer. |
